LEGAL NOTICE: Effective August 5, 2026, the MCCA has appointed CT Corporation System (“CT Corp”) as its Registered Agent for the receipt of service of process and other legal notices. Accordingly, all service of process, subpoenas, and other legal documents directed to or intended for the MCCA shall be served exclusively through CT Corp and shall not be served upon any individual MCCA employee, officer, or representative. Such service shall be directed as follows: CT Corporation Services, 40600 Ann Arbor Road, Suite 201, Plymouth MI 48170-4675
